Purpose / Application
The impact wrench is a standard power tool, 2nd class of insulation, designed for loosening and tightening nuts and bolts. Thanks to the electric power supply it is not required to have a pneumatic system for working with a key.
Usage
The correct, reliable and safe operation of the tool depends on proper use. The key is delivered complete and requires no assembly. Socket wrenches are supplied with the key. Before tightening the bolt or nut with a socket wrench, manually screw the bolt or nut onto the thread (at least two turns). Make sure that the size of socket wrench is correctly selected for the part to be removed or tightened. Choosing the wrong size can result in damage to both the wrench and the nut or bolt. Slide the socket wrench onto the nut or screw head. Press the switch and hold it in the position corresponding to the desired direction of rotation. When tightening, press and hold the switch in the F position, while when unscrewing in the R position. When tightening, when the maximum torque is reached, the overload clutch will operate and the drive will be disconnected. Release the switch and wait until the engine stops completely. When loosening, check that the torque at which the nut is tightened does not exceed the maximum torque of the key. In this case the overload clutch will also work and it may not be possible to unscrew the nut. After unscrewing, release the switch and wait until the engine stops completely. After finishing work, disconnect the tool from the power supply and proceed to maintenance.
