How to use
Before starting work, place the sharpener on a level, flat and hard surface. Ensure that all tool feet rest on the ground. Use only in dry areas, without the possibility of access by outsiders, especially children.
SLEEVES, SCISSORS AND SCISSORS
– Sharpening the blades and scissors should be carried out with protective gloves to prevent cuts.
– Select a slot to sharpen the blade type.
– Turn on the sharpener and wait until the rated speed is reached.
– Insert the blade into the appropriate slot and then drag in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the sanding plate indicated on the sharpening housing (II).
– While tugging, the blade should be pressed against the grinding plate with slight force. Repeat several times.
– Then switch off the shaver with the switch and disconnect the plug from the mains socket.
Warning! Always sharpen the blade in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the grinding stone.
Do not pull the blade in the direction of rotation of the grinding plate.
DRILLING DRILL
Prior to the sharpening of the drill bit, it must be fixed in the holder in a suitable manner. To do this, press the jaw clamp, causing the jaw to tilt (III). Use a handwheel to set the diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the sharpened drill so as to allow the drill to move freely in the handle. Insert the handle into the positioning slot of the drill bit (IV). Note that the drill bit has projections to be inserted into the slot (V) slot. Raise the jaw clamp, so that the drill will be gripped, so turn the drill to be grasped in the narrowest position (VI).
Use the adjusting knob to determine the amount of material to be collected during sharpening. Rotating the knob in the direction of the arrow increases the amount of material collected (VII). In case of normal drill sharpening, the minimum level of the material to be collected should be set. In case of larger damage to the drill, the higher the level of the material to be collected.
Tighten the drill bit to the position of the positioning pin (VIII), then tighten the grip knob clockwise, fix the drill in the grip (IX). Push the jaw latch and open it, then slide the handle together with the inserted drill bit from the positioning slot.
Connect the heater to the mains, turn on the heater and wait until the rated speed is reached. Tilt the cover of the drill bit by moving it in the direction indicated by the arrow. Insert the handle behind the attached drill bit into the socket, making sure the tabs of the handle reach the slot (X). When the grinding noise is heard, move it forwards and backwards for 5-10 seconds, simultaneously pressing the drill with slight force to the grinding disc. Then slide the handle out of the slot, rotate it 180 degrees, and repeat the operation for the other edge of the drill bit. Always sharpen both edges of the drill.
Warning! Each edge must be sharpened with the same amount of time and pressed with the same force. This will prevent uneven sharpening of the drill.
In the case of sharpening of drill bits with a diameter of 10 mm and larger, the grinding of the drilling surface must still be performed. For this purpose, after sharpening as described above, insert the drill holder with the drill bit into the grinding insert of the drill bit and press it gently for a few seconds (XI). Then pull out the handle from the slot, rotate it 180 degrees, and repeat the operation for the second surface of the drill bit.
Warning! Each surface should be sanded with the same amount of time and pressed with the same force. This will prevent uneven sharpening of the drill.
After sharpening the drill, the results of the work must be evaluated. If the tip of the drill after sharpening turns blue or different from the natural color of steel, this means overheating of the surface and the needle pressure of the grinding tool must be reduced to the grinding plate during sharpening.
If, after sharpening, the edges of the drill bit are not the same length, the time and the sharpness of each side of the drill bit must be corrected.
DIFFERENTIATION OF CONTAINERS
The cartridge is equipped with two containers, which collect dust generated during operation. Each time the work is completed, it should be emptied. To do so, remove the sharpener from the housing, clean it, and then attach it to the housing of the sharpener.
