The YT-82456 soldering station is made in ESD-safe technology, which guarantees that excess electrostatic charge will not accumulate on the housing. Thanks to this, we limit the risk of damage to e.g. sensitive SMD circuits. Heats up in about 25 seconds to an operating temperature of 350 ° C.
The temperature stabilization function allows to maintain the set temperature of the tip in various conditions of heat demand for the proper soldering connection. The tip, depending on the size of the soldered element and the soldering field, gives off more or less heat, and the device, using the built-in tip temperature sensor, reads its real value on an ongoing basis and compares it to the set one, then, depending on the needs, it increases or reduces the power consumption to maintain the set temperature.
The temperature calibration function allows you to recalibrate the built-in temperature sensor. Depending on the quality, size and wear of the tip, a demanding user can calibrate the sensor on his own with the help of a temperature measuring device. Correct reading not only has a positive effect on temperature stabilization, but helps an experienced user to avoid overheating the connection in PCBs.
The device’s hibernation function allows the station to go into standby mode, which automatically lowers the operating temperature to 200 ° C. Thanks to this, we avoid unnecessary heating of the tip, which significantly extends its life. The YT-82456 model allows you to set the operator inactivity time after which the station will go into standby mode from 1 to 240 minutes.
The sensor failure detection function enables auto diagnosis of electronic circuits necessary for the proper operation of the device. After turning on the power button, the station goes through a self-diagnosis and in case of problems it displays an error message.
The memory settings function allows you to save your favorite temperature settings for up to three memory channels. After saving, the operator can quickly switch to previously saved settings.
The device lock function allows you to block the possibility of changing settings. After entering his settings, the operator can block the possibility of changing them to people who do not know the three-digit password.
The function of acoustic signaling of operation allows you to enable or disable the acoustic signaling that the device is ready for operation. The station will signal its readiness to work at the set temperature with a single beep.
