YATO quick-release wrench for pipes.
The universal 300mm key, thanks to the use of a movable upper jaw, allows you to automatically adjust to the size of the unscrewed element.
Its design allows you to work in the range of 16mm to 38mm. Thanks to this, the YATO quick-change key successfully replaces the whole set of flat keys and adjustable wrenches, limiting both the cost of buying them and the storage capacity.
The upper jaw, with a special hook shape, along with the profiled lower jaw provide three point contact with the unscrewed element. This allows you to work both with pipes and all types of bolts, such as nuts or valves.
Jaws 14mm wide are made of very hard carbon steel.
They also have hardened teeth with a hardness of 46 ~ 52 HRC. Their specially shaped shape causes that as the force increases, the pressure on the wrench becomes more and more boring to the material, increasing the grip and preventing slipping.
In addition, the jaws have a multi-layer structure that is much more durable compared to monolithic constructions.
YATO quick-release key allows one-handed operation. The upper jaw thanks to the built-in spring automatically adjusts its opening according to the size of the element. In order to release the key, just press down, causing the jaw to open. This solution gives the operator the freedom to use a free hand and also speeds up work.
Ergonomic grip is made of ABS and non-slip TPR, which greatly increases the comfort of work. In addition, there is a hole in the handle to hang the key on the hook in the workshop.
